Coaching Agreement

COACHING AGREEMENT & INFORMED CONSENT

Effective Date: January 3, 2026

This Coaching Agreement & Informed Consent (“Agreement”) applies to all coaching services provided by NS ACADEMY LLC (“Coach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through this website and related services.

By purchasing, scheduling, or participating in coaching services, you (“Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

1. Nature of Coaching Services
    

Client understands and agrees that the services provided are coaching services only. Coaching is a non-clinical, educational, and supportive process focused on personal development, self-awareness, goal setting, habits, mindset, and accountability.

Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, psychological treatment, mental health treatment, medical treatment, or diagnosis of any kind.

1. No Licensed Therapy or Mental Health Services
    

Client acknowledges that the Coach is not a licensed psychologist, psychotherapist, counselor, or mental health provider, and that the services provided do not constitute the practice of psychology, counseling, or psychotherapy under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Coaching services are not a substitute for licensed mental health care, medical care, or any other professional treatment.

1. No Diagnosis or Treatment
    

Client understands that the Coach does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental, emotional, or physical condition. No clinical assessments or therapeutic interventions are provided.

1. Client Responsibility
    

Client is solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results. Coaching does not replace professional advice from licensed medical, mental health, legal, or financial professionals.

Client agrees to seek appropriate licensed professional support when needed.

1. Suitability of Coaching & Referral
    

Coaching is not appropriate for individuals experiencing acute mental health crises, including but not limited to suicidal ideation, self-harm behaviors, severe depression, psychosis, mania, or substance abuse crises.

If such issues arise, the Coach may pause or terminate coaching services and recommend that Client seek support from a licensed professional.

Coaching services are not emergency services. In case of emergency, Client must call 911 or local emergency services.

1. Confidentiality
    

Information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential and used solely for service delivery, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a reasonable belief of risk of harm to Client or others.

1. Payment, Cancellations, and No Refunds
    

Coaching fees are stated on the website or invoice and are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed sessions (“no-shows”), are non-refundable and considered delivered.

1. No Guarantees
    

Client understands that coaching outcomes vary and that no guarantees are made regarding specific results or outcomes.

1. Recording Policy
    

Client may not record coaching sessions (audio or video) without prior written consent from the Coach.

1. Intellectual Property
    

All coaching materials, worksheets, methods, frameworks, and content provided by NS ACADEMY LLC remain the intellectual property of NS ACADEMY LLC and may not be copied, shared, recorded, or resold without written permission.

1. Limitation of Liability
    

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NS ACADEMY LLC shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in coaching services.

Client agrees to hold NS ACADEMY LLC harmless from any claims arising from Client’s participation in coaching services.

1. Governing Law
    

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.

1. Acceptance of Agreement
    

By purchasing coaching services, checking required consent boxes, or participating in sessions, Client confirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this Coaching Agreement & Informed Consent.
